DOWNERS GROVE
Urinal Knockout
Police at 12:09 a.m. April 27 responded to a disturbance outside a business on the 2100 block of 63rd Street. After it was over, police were approached by an unknown woman who said there was a man inside the bathroom with a serious injury.
The man had a visibly swollen lip and appeared somewhat dazed. He had a large bump on the back of his head and a small amount of bleeding, but did not remember anything. He was not sure why police were speaking to him and did not remember being picked up off the floor. An officer requested medics.
"We questioned several people, but no one was able to give any information about what may have happened," said the police report for this incident. "The only thing we could determine was that it was likely that (the man) was punched while standing at the urinal and did not see who struck him. He could offer no reason for being attacked."

‘Spider Man'-Style Burglary
Police are investigating a burglary at a Wheaton laundromat in which the suspect wore a mask and had moves like Spider-Man.
The incident took place April 29 at Main Street Plaza Laundry, 282 E. Geneva Road. The business' security camera shows the suspect in the business about 1:30 a.m., carrying an axe and wearing a towel over his head, sneaking along the laundry machines and jumping over the customer counter to get to the office, according to the police report.
He then used tools from the office to take apart the cash drawer and steal $500. To get into the building, police said the burglar bent the aluminum vent louvers and entered through a fresh air exhaust hood accessible on the roof, and climbed down about 30 feet, using the gas pipe and vent system. Police said it appears the burglar exited the same way.
The man is described as about 5 feet 4, 120 pounds with a small muscular build. He wore a sweatshirt, cargo pants, gym shoes and possibly blue rubber gloves and a Spider-Man or alien-like costume mask, according to the report.
