Breed: Chihuahua/ Dachshund mix
Background: Ana came to us from DuPage County Animal Care & Control. She has been at A.D.O.P.T. since early September.
Personality: Ana is a little munchkin weighing 6 lbs. She is a quiet dog with a lot of love to give. She is a bit nervous when meeting new people, but once she warms up to you she is sweet and loving. She’s quite the cuddler too. She needs to be an only pet and no small children. Come see Ana at the shelter in one of her cute sweaters.

Background: At A.D.O.P.T. since May of 2012 - shelter transfer.
Personality: She is a little ball of fire, although VERY shy. She needs a patient person who is willing to take their time earning her love and trust. Once that is accomplished, Poppy promises to keep and love you forever and ever! Poppy can be found in Comm 2.

Background: Surrendered in June 2012 after previous owner was moving.
Personality: Playful and energetic. Very social. Needs to be only pet in the household.

Background: Fourth time at NAHS. Previously surrendered because owners were moving and had allergies.
Personality: Easygoing and affectionate. Very friendly. OK with other cats and dogs.
