Police Blotter: DUI, Statues Damaged, Criminal Trespass

Thursday, Aug. 9

Warrant arrest

  • Matthew Bannister, 43, of the 1600 block of Tara Belle Parkway, was arrested at 10:22 a.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bond was $250.
  • Scott Eric Williamson, 43, of the 0-99 block of West Pebble Beach Circle in Glendale Heights, was arrested at 9:47 p.m. in the 0-99 block of East Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bond was $200.

Driving under the influence

Anthony William Stack, 68, of the 1400 block of Whitespire Court, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. near South Washington Street and Osler Road, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. His bond was $300.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

Ivan Tarasovich Yukriv, 20, of the 600 block of Esla Court, was arrested at 2:22 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and transported to DuPage County Jail.

Criminal trespass to building

Jularious Jwayne Vance, 19, of the 700 block of Inland Circle, was arrested at 5:47 p.m. in the 800 block of Beaumont Drive, police said. He was charged with criminal trespass to a building. His bond was $150.

Operating a vehicle without insurance

Emily Ann Henderson, 35, of the 200 block of Douglas Way in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 11:18 p.m. near Rickert Drive and South Whispering Hills Drive, police said. She was charged with failure to notify Secretary of State of address change, expired registration, two counts of title/registration possession offenses and operating a vehicle without insurance. Her bail was $2,000.

Property damage

Two lawn statues were removed and damaged in the 800 block of South Loomis Street, police said.

Retail theft

Items were stolen from a store in the 2600 block of West 75th Street, police said.
