The men and women who served the country and who died while serving will be honored Monday during the Naperville Memorial Day Parade.
The Memorial Day Parade will begin at 10:30 a.m. and will include more than 80 different groups marching, including 21 marching bands performing over the course of the parade.
The parade begins at Centennial Beach and continues east along Jackson Avenue, north on Washington Street, east on Benton Avenue and south on Court Place.

Memorial Day is observed on the last Monday of May and commemorates the men and women who died while in the military service. A national moment of remembrance takes place at 3:00 p.m. local time, according to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
The Memorial Day Parade is an annual event sponsored by the Judd Kendall VFW Post No. 3873 and American Legion Post No. 43.
A ceremony and concert will take place at noon at the Community Concert Center, 104 E. Benton Ave.
