Battery
Police said Marek Ryszard Kozina, 27, of the 4100 block of Landing Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. in the 400 block of East Ogden Avenue. He was charged with two counts of battery, battery with intent to do bodily harm and knowingly damaging property. His bond was $150.
Manufacture and delivery
Police said Matthew Aaron Barrera, 19, of the 1100 block of Needham Road, was arrested at 5:18 p.m. in the 800 block of East Ogden Avenue. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, manufacture and delivery of 10 to 30 grams of cannabis, and on a failure-to-appear warrant. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
Suspended license
- Juan Enrique Gonzalez, 35, of the 900 block of Oliver in Aurora, was arrested at 11:22 p.m. in the 1500 block of South Route 59 and 79th Street, Naperville police said. He was charged with driving without insurance – operating under a suspension and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bail was $3,000.
- Joseph A. Lejcar, 28, of the 1000 bock of Willow Court in Aurora, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. at East Ogden Avenue and Naperville-Wheaton Road, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bail was $1,500.
Burglary
- Shivan Zeynali, 19, of the 2200 block of Crescent Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 2:12 a.m. at his home, police said. He was charged with residential burglary and trespass to a residence. He was taken to the Will County Jail.
- Larry Eugene Foster, 19, of the 2200 block of Bannister Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. in the 2400 block of South Route 59, police said. He was charged with residential burglary and trespass to a residence. He was taken to the Will County Jail.
- Brian Anthony Williams, 18, of the 3000 block of Long Grove Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. in the 2400 block of South Route 59, police said. He was charged with residential burglary and trespass to a residence. He was taken to the Will County Jail.
Warrant arrest
- Police said Judy Ann Minton, 59, of the 1900 block of Wilcox in Crest Hill, was arrested at 1:02 p.m. in the 1200 block of South Naper Boulevard. Police said she stole more than $300 worth of merchandise. The store manager refused to press charges, but police determined she had a warrant. She was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant from Will County. Her bail was $5,000.
- Terrence James, 41, of the 200 block of Westbrook Circle, was arrested at 8:34 p.m. at his home, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant from DuPage County. His bail was $10,000.
Driving under the influence
Luis Julian Robles, 39, of the 1500 block of Roth Drive in Joliet, was arrested at 9:27 p.m. at 111th Street and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $300.
Theft
Police said a smart meter installer reported his tool bag was taken between 12:30 and 12:45 p.m. after it was left unattended in the 1500 block of Clyde Drive.
Criminal damage
A 35-year-old woman reported someone poured sugar into the gas tank of her vehicle in the 1500 block of Lighthouse Drive on Saturday, police said.
