Stalking
Steven Frederick Schmitt, 55, of the 800 block of Cardiff Road, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. at his home, Naperville police said. He was charged with stalking.
Warrant
Kevin Daniel Moese, 25, of the 3S300 block of Park Boulevard, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. near Aurora Avenue and West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance and a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was $2,000.
Permitting a DUI
Donald Gene Giesler, 60, of the 1700 block of Brookdale road, was arrested at 3:16 a.m. near Bond Street and McDowell Road, police said. He was charged with permitting a person to operate a vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $1,500.
Driving under the influence
Michelle Lynn Conner, 38, of the 1700 block of Brookdale Road, was arrested at 3:16 a.m. near Bond Street and McDowell Road, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated battery to a peace officer, driving on a suspended/revoked license, resisting a peace officer, battery, improper turn at an intersection and improper lane use. She was taken to DuPage County Jail.
Identity theft
Justin Gritzenbach, 30, 3000 block of Crystal Rock Road, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. in the 200 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with identity theft and transported to DuPage County Jail.
No driver's license
Christian Arellano, 22, of the first block of Prince Crossing in West Chicago, was arrested at 4:01 p.m. near North Aurora Road and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with no driver’s license, using unsafe tires and operating a vehicle without insurance. His bail was $2,000.
Theft
Michael Lopez, 55, of the 600 block of North Lincoln Avenue in Aurora, was arrested at 5:27 p.m. in the 1700 block of West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with criminal trespass to a vehicle and retail theft. His bond was $1,500.
Property damage
A window on the southwest corner of Gregory Elementary School was broken by someone using a slingshot, police said.
