Friday, April 6

No driver's license

Humbe Marquez-Rascon, 27, of the 1100 block of Aurora, was arrested at 4:18 p.m. near South West Street and Aurora Avenue, the Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with disobeying a traffic control signal and no driver’s license. His bond was $1,500.

Driving under the influence

Brian Robert Dolan, 23, of the 800 block of Glenlake Drive in Carol Stream was arrested at 1:17 a.m. near North Route 59 and Ferry Road, police said. He was charged with illegal possession/transportation of liquor, two counts of driving under the influence, traffic control violation, speeding and illegal lane usage. His bail was $3,000.

Public urination

Mustafa F. Khambatta was cited with public urination at 1:04 a.m. on the 200 block of Washington Street Friday night. Police said he told them all the bars were closed and he could not find a bathroom, which led him to use the alley. 

Vehicle vendetta 

  • A 21-year-old man reported that a vehicle's rear window was shattered while parked in the 1100 block of Greensfield Drive Street on Friday, police said. 
  • A 25-year-old woman reported that a vehicle's rear window was shattered while parked in the driveway in the 1100 block of Greensfield Drive on Friday, police said.  
  • A 36-year-old man reported that a vehicle's rear window was shattered while parked in driveway in the 1100 block of Greensfield Drive on Friday, police said.
  • A 62-year-old man reported that a vehicle's rear window was smashed out with an unknown item in the 1400 block of Ada Lane on Friday, police said. 
  • A 23-year-old man reported that a vehicle was damaged overnight after someone smashed a rear window in the 2800 block of Deering Bay Drive on Friday, police said. 

Shade stealer

A 32-year-old female reported that someone entered an unlocked vehicle while it was parked in the driveway in the 1300 block of Rhodes Lane and stole three pairs of aviator style sunglasses Friday night. 

Saturday, April 7

Driving under the influence

  • Danielle Marie Ortega, 21, of the first block of Genessee Court in Bolingbrook was arrested at 2:21 a.m. in the 400 block of South Route 59, police said. She was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal lane usage and possession of cannabis. Her bail was $3,000.
  • Police said Julio Alberto Oliveros, 24, of the 2200 block of Countryside Drive in Montgomery, was arrested at 2:34 a.m. in the 2700 block of Aurora Avenue. He was charged with failure to reduce speed and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
  • Adam Higgins Swinford, 22, of the 1600 block of Kildeer Drive, was arrested at 10:46 p.m. near Wehrli and 75th Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving on a suspended or revoked license, criminal trespass to a vehicle, failure to signal, criminal damage to mobile vehicle and driving under the influence of drugs. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.
  • Nicholas Burek Tatro, 25, of the 100 block of East Hillside Road, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. near East Hillside Road and Willow Road, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance, not wearing a seat belt, illegal lane usage, failure to give a signal, failure to notify the Secretary of State about a change of address and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.

Suspended/revoked license 

  • Colter Sterling Kempiak, 26, of the 100 block of Testa Drive, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. near North Whispering Hills Road and North River Road, police said. He was charged with violating the lights and lamps act, driving on a suspended/revoked license and operating a vehicle without insurance. His bail was $2,000. 
  • Police said Alexander Irwin Frueh, 18, of the 1100 block of Olympus Drive, was arrested at 1:39 a.m. near Lancaster Court and West 87th Street. He was charged with speeding and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bond was $1,500. 

Sunday, April 8

Driving under the influence

  • Erick Joel Vazquez, 21, of the 20800 block of West Aspen Court in Plainfield, was arrested at 1:49 a.m. near Royal Saint George Drive and West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle, improper lane usage, failure to give signal and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
  • Adam John Jordan, 32, of the 1300 block of St. Francis Court in Wheaton, was arrested at 10:28 p.m. in the 2800 block of Patriots Lane, police said. He was charged with illegal possession/transportation of liquor, driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
  • Police said Matthew Johnson Burke, 22, of the 10 South 100 block of Alan Road, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. near West Gartner Road and South Washington Street. He was charged with failure to give signal, speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
  • Guillermo Martinez, 21, of the 2900 block of Aberdeen Drive in Montgomery, was arrested at 1:58 a.m. near West Jefferson Avenue and West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with interfering with an officer and illegal possession/transportation of liquor. His bond was $120. 
  • Police said Loretta Carrie Boom, 43, of the 2500 block of Doncaster Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 3:02 a.m. near McCoy Drive and South Route 59. She was charged with illegal lane usage, disobeying a traffic control signal and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000.

Theft

An 18-year-old woman reported that a wallet and a pack of gum were stolen out of an unlocked vehicle in the 1300 block of Crab Apple Court sometime on April 3.
