This storefront definitely has potential with a prime downtown location at 20 E. Jefferson Ave., parking garage right next door and on-street parking spaces. The Christian Science Reading room also neighbors the building and Quigley's Irish Pub sits across the street. We've received some great feedback in previous Visions for Vacancies, so keep the ideas flowing.
