Harassment
Michael Patrick Shanna, 39, of the 300 block of Homer Avenue in Romeoville, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. in the first block of South Chicago Street in Joliet, Naperville police said. He was charged with telephone harassment and taken to the DuPage County Jail.
Driving under the influence
Shamarr Letese Moseley, 23, of the 5516 Court in Birmingham, Ala., was arrested at 11:37 p.m. in the 2200 block of West Diehl Road, police said. She was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs and possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis. Her bail was $3,000.
Warrant arrest
Michelle Lee Rodriguez, 31, of the 100 block of Douglas Avenue, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. at her home, police said. She was charged on an original warrant for obstructing justice. Her bail was $5,000.
Unlicensed
Police said Juan Real-Diaz, 42, of the 500 block of Pinecrest in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 12:58 p.m. at Royce Road and Pine Cone Court. He was charged with speeding, having an expired registration and driving without a license. His bail was $1,500.
Retail theft
Levar Arvell Flournoy, 34, of the 2300 block of Foxmoor Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 1:16 p.m. at Comp USA, 175 Ambassador Drive, police said. He was charged with two counts of retail theft. Police reports said he placed electronic items totally $3,099.87 into a crock-pot box that was valued at $29.99. His bond was $150.
Suspended license
- Police said Daniel Sebastian, 36, of the 100 block of Geneva Street in West Chicago, was arrested at 3:42 p.m. at West Benton Avenue and South Main Street. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance. He was stopped because his passengers were not wearing seatbelts, police said. His bond was $200.
- Jessica Babe Senodenos, 26, of the 1300 block of Modaff Road, was arrested at 8:13 p.m. at Rickert Drive and South West Street police said. She was charged with improper plate/permit display, expired registration, operating a vehicle while uninsured and driving on a suspended/revoked license. She was stopped because her plates had expired, police said. He bail was $2,000.
Criminal defacement
An unknown person in the 1300 block of Springdale Circle reported that someone spray-painted obscene words and symbols on the property between Feb. 17 and Wednesday, police said.
Theft
- A man reported that he believes his identification was taken from a loaner vehicle that he returned on Tuesday, police said.
- Police said a resident in the 4100 block of Joe Willie Drive reported that an iPhone was stolen during an open house.
