I-55 South Blocked by Jackknifed Semi: State Police

Illinois State Police are on the scene responding to a jackknifed semi-trailer on I-55 south just north of Route 6, according to police. One lane remains open as of just after 10 a.m., but police are urging drivers to use caution in the area.
