Friday, Dec. 9

Suspended license

• Jovon Sharrell Brown, 32, of the 400 block of East Indian Trail in Aurora, was arrested at 1:06 a.m. in the 1400 block of South Route 59 and Beebe Drive, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance. His bail was $2,000.
• Jose Luis Muniz, 40, of the 200 block of Bailey Avenue in Aurora, was arrested at 9:29 a.m. at Royal Saint George Drive and West 5^th Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving without insurance, hit and run, driving with a suspended license, disobeying a stop sign and on a warrant.
• Selvin O. Davila, 31, of the 1200 block of Whispering Hills Court, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. in the 4900 block of South Route 59 and 111^th Street, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.

Driving under the influence

• Eduardo Escamilla-Garcia, 44, of the 1500 block of Saddle in Aurora, was arrested at 11:32 p.m. at West Bailey Road and Plainfield-Naperville Road, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver, equipment requirement violation, driving without insurance and without a driver’s license. His bond was $300.
• Sebastian Johann Belker, 30, of the 40 block of Harbor Court was arrested at 2:36 a.m. at his home, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed and failure to notify of damage to an unattended vehicle. His bail was $1,000.

Possession

• Alexander Scott Ricely, 19, of the 200 block of Barley Avenue, was arrested at 2:11 p.m. in the 1500 block of North Naper Boulevard, police said. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
• Eric Michael Marras, 25, of the 1600 block of Brookdale Road, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. in the 1300 block of North Route 59 and Brookdale Road, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bail was $1,500.

Warrant arrest

• Terrance Lavar Latson, 33, of the 900 block of Laverne Street in Chicago, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, 1350 Aurora Ave., police said. He was charged on an original warrant and a warrant for obstructing identification. He was taken tot he DuPage County Jail. He turned himself in on an outstanding warrant from DuPage County and it was determined he had a warrant from the Naperville Police Department.
• Laura Kaye Anderson, 32, of the 100 block of North Ellsworth Street, was arrested at 9:46 p.m. at her home, police said. He was charged on a failure to appear warrant. Her bond was $500.

Unlicensed

Fabiola Lopez-Villafuerte, 25, of the 4900 block of Keller in Lisle, was arrested at 2:03 p.m. at West Ogden and Quincy avenues, police said. She was charged with driving without a license and without insurance. Her bond was $200.

Criminal damage

A 19-year-old woman in the 400 block of South Brainard Street reported that between 9:30 p.m. Dec. 7 and 9:05 a.m. Friday someone spray painted the word "America" onto the side of a vehicle, police said. 

Saturday, Dec. 10

Driving under the influence

• Heath Randall Jennings, 37, of the 1100 block of Heatherwood Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. at North Route 59 and Liberty Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence and driving without lights. His bond was $100.
• Eric Eugene Key, 33, of the 2900 block of Wellington Avenue in Lisle, was arrested at 1:52 a.m. at East Chicago Avenue and South Sleight Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without insurance and improper lane use. His bail was $3,000. 

Warrant arrest

Antoine Dwayne Adams, 25, of the first block of Testa Drive, was arrested at 8:22 p.m. at Aurora and West Ogden avenues, police said. He was charged on a failure to appear warrant. His bond was $500.

Suspended license

Perry Lee Jackson, 28, of the 2300 block of Blackhawk Drive in Lisle, was arrested at 1:58 a.m. at North Naper Boulevard and East Interstate 88, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without lights. His bond was $150.

Sunday, Dec. 11

Assault

Kyle Thomas Mullins, 23, of the 500 block of North Ellsworth Street, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. in the 700 block of North Brainard Street, police said. He was charged with obstructing justice, assault, battery and on four outstanding warrants, police said. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail. Police said he was arrested for assault and battery but bonded out using a fictitious name and his finger prints later came back showing he had four outstanding warrants. He was found, arrested and taken back to the police department and charged with felony obstructing justice.

Suspended license

• Lorenzo Gonzalez, 26, of the 200 block of East Bailey Road, was arrested at 9:52 p.m. in the first block of North Washington Street and East Benton Avenue, police said. He was charged with an expired registration, speeding over the limit, driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance. His bail was $2,000.
• Casey Andrew Thayer, 21, of the 1100 block of Dark Star Drive, was arrested at 11:49 p.m. in the 100 block of East Ogden Avenue and North Washington Street, police said. He was charged with speeding over the limit and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bail was $1,500. He was speeding 53 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Driving under the influence

• Kyle David Jancik, 28, of the 1100 block of North Mill Street, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. at North Mill Street and West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with failing to yield while turning left, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without insurance. His bail was $3,000. He made a left turn directly in front of the arresting officer and almost crashed into the officer’s vehicle, according to police reports.
• Michael Steven Mackay, 45, of the 500 block of Darlington Lane in Crystal Lake, was arrested at 12:33 p.m. at South Naper Boulevard and East Bailey Road, police said. He was charged with aggravated driving under the influence and improper lane use. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

Theft

• Ryan Marshall Lodygowski, 36, of the 2S600 block of Route 59 in Warrenville, was arrested at 8:18 p.m. in the 1600 block of West Diehl Road, police said. He was charged with theft. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail. A cab driver reported that $18 in cash was taken from his cab by a fare being dropped off, police said. Lodygowski was later identified as the suspect.
• Someone reported in the 1300 block of South Route 59 that a woman took two vodka bottles and put them in her purse and left the business, police said.

Suspicious incident

A 48-year-old man in the 1800 block of Shetland Drive reported that someone attempted to pry open the front door of his residence, police said.
