Summit Cops Said Nothing About Will County Court Security Coordinator's Criminal Past

The felon hired by Will County Sheriff Paul Kaupas and promoted to courthouse security services coordinator had no fingerprints on file with the state and got positive recommendations from the former Summit police chief and a lieutenant.
