Street Racing; DUI; Theft: Naperville Police Blotter

Thursday, Dec. 5 Theft Yasmeen Martinez, 23, of Brookfield, was arrested at 3:23 p.m. at the Naperville Police department, police said. She was charged with theft. She posted bond.  Battery James W. Brooks,
