The 120-page affidavit showed secretly recorded conversations of staff of the Knoxville-based Pilot truck stop chain taking advantage of customers that received rebates for fuel purchases, Huffington Post reports.

Naperville resident Jonathon Duvall was named in the FBI affidavit as a regional sales manager for Pilot. Duvall is also the son-in-law of Pilot CFO Mitch Steenrod, according to the affidavit.

According to the Huffington Post, the recorded conversations show that members of the Pilot sales team preyed on "unsophisticated" and "lazy" trucking company customers who bought fuel from Pilot.

As a result, millions of dollars were allegedly unfairly withheld, according to the Huffington Post.

Cleveland Browns owner and Pilot CEO Jimmy Haslam placed members of the company's sales team on administrative leave after the affidavit was unsealed late last week, according to the Huffington Post.
