The plan to share redistricting recommendations with the Naperville District 203 Board of Education during its business meeting Monday was put on hold.
In a message to community members, the district explained the Enrollment Capacity Study committee had unanswered questions and wasn’t prepared to make any recommendations, according to District 203.
The Board of Education meeting will be held Monday at 7 p.m. at Kennedy Junior High School. Members of the school community are encouraged to attend and there will enough seating available for those who choose to go to the meeting.
The district has also scheduled a number of public forums, which will include presentations and allow parents to provide feedback. The original calendar for those meetings was updated.
Public forums are scheduled for:
January 30: Lincoln Junior High School
January 31: Washington Junior High School
February 1 (New Date): Jefferson Junior High School
February 2 (New Date): Kennedy Junior High School
February 8: Madison Junior High School
