Police Blotter: 2 Cannabis Trafficking Arrests, 12 DUI Arrests, Speeding 31-40 MPH Over Limit

Friday, Dec. 7

Speeding 31-40 MPH over limit 

Manuel Asperin Nacpil, 24, of the 900 block of Circle Avenue in Forest Park, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. in the 800 block of North Washington Street, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with speeding 31-40 MPH over the limit, failure to give a signal and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.

Possession of a controlled substance

Gregory Francis Weber, 37, of the 900 block of Eddystone Circle, was arrested at 2:16 a.m. at his residence, police said. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of blank/count script and forgery. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Retail theft arrest

Ozell Darrel Harris, 20, of the 700 block of Inland Circle, was arrested at 11:04 a.m. in the 700 block of Route 59, police said. He was charged with two counts of battery, knowingly damaging property, aggravated battery to a peace officer, retail theft and resisting a peace officer. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Warrant arrest

David Paul Harris, 24, of the 3900 block of Granite Court in Aurora, was arrested at 8:29 p.m. in the 700 block of Royal Saint George Drive, police said. He was charged on two failure-to-appear warrants. His bail was $7,500.

Driving under the influence

Reagan Ann Signorelli, 48, of the 1200 block of North Eagle Street, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. at her residence, police said. She was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and driving under the influence of drugs. Her bond was $300.

Battery

Allsison Kathleen Kennedy, 30, of the 2500 block of West 107^th Street, was arrested at 11:02 p.m. near West Chicago and South Main Street, police said. She was charged with battery. Her bail was $1,500.

Saturday, Dec. 8

Possession of cannabis 

Daniel Palma, 19, of the 1000 block of Heritage Hill Drive, 11:18 p.m. near West Van Buren and South Webster. Possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bond was $150.

Possession of drug paraphernalia 

• Jorge Gaytan, 19, of the 700 block of Royal Saint George Drive, was arrested at 11:18 p.m. near West Van Buren and South Webster, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was $120.
• Kevin Charles McCormick, 20, of the 0-99 block of South Fremont Street, was arrested at 10:26 p.m. near Plainfield Naperville and 87^th Street, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and expired registration. His bond was $120.

Driving under the influence

• Alberto Morales, 23, of the 29W 500 block of Country Ridge Drive in Warrenville, was arrested at 10:48 p.m. near West Jefferson and South Main Street, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license, driving under the influence of alcohol, obstructing identification, manufacturing/delivery of cannabis, failure-to-appear warrant and illegal possession/transportation of liquor. His bond was $300.
• Miriam Mercado, 37, of the 1300 block of Monomoy Street in Aurora, was arrested at 1:21 a.m. near North Aurora Road and North Route 59, police said. She was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license, driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, aggravated suspended/revoked license and improper lane usage. She was transported to DuPage County Jail. 
• Pedro Abarca-Morales, 38, of the 2000 block of Ogden Avenue in Lisle, was arrested at 2:13 a.m. near Jackson and Webster, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession/transportation of liquor and improper lane usage. His bail was $3,000.
• Saul Melchor, 28, of the 500 block of Princeton Drive in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. near Cantore Road and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bail was $3,000.
• Christopher James Peterson, 40, of the 2100 block of Allegre Circle, was arrested at 3:22 a.m. in the 1300 block of North Route 59, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.

Suspended/revoked license

• Nicole Virginia Hilgers, 27, of the 3300 block of Rosecroft Lane, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. near Meridian Park and North Route 59, police said. She was charged with no insurance, driving on a suspended/revoked license and expired registration. Her bond was $300. 
• Jose Valadez Hernanadez, 54, of the 400 block of Gregory in Glendale Heights, was arrested at 10:12 p.m. near Vest and East Ogden, police said. He was charged with illegal possession/transportation of liquor and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bail was $1,500. 

Sunday, Dec. 9

Warrant arrest

Dejuan Drean Jackson, 22, of the 400 block of East Bailey Road, was arrested at 9:44 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant and released to another agency.

No drivers license 

Manuel Dejesus Moreno, 52, of the 0-99 block of Testa Drive, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. near West Jefferson and South River, police said. He was charged with disobeying a stop sign, no drivers license and no insurance. His bond was $200.

Driving under the influence

• Mohammed Shad Akram, 67, of the 25000 block of Trelliage Avenue in Plainfield, was arrested at 7:38 p.m. in the 3100 block of South Route 59, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $300.
• John E. Dyer, 30, 22W 400 block of Emerson Avenue in Glen Ellyn, was arrested at 7:43 a.m. in the West Ogden Avenue block, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. His bond was $100.
• Braxton Shawn Dorris, 42, of the 800 block of Marshall Bellwood, was arrested at 2:58 a.m. in the 1900 block of Lucent Lane, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000. 
• Kevin James Lucas, 32, of the 100 block of Richard Road, was arrested at 2:25 a.m. near East Chicago and South Wright Street, police said. He was charged with three counts of disregarding a stop sign, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving in the wrong lane, two counts of speeding, not wearing a seat belt and failure to a give signal. His bond was $300.
• Sarwat Sarah Khan, 41, of the 3100 block of Bennett Place in Aurora, was arrested at 1:59 a.m. near North Washington Street and East Ogden Avenue, police said. She was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding. Her bail was $3000.
• Cristian Patrik Pokorni, 36, of the 4000 block of Raymond Avenue in Brookfield, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. in the 100 block of Jackson Avenue, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. His bond was $300.

Fighting

Rohan Nader Dobson, 29, of the 1800 block of Centre Point Circle, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. in the 0-99 block of North Brainard Street, police said. He was charged with fighting and criminal trespass to land. His bond was $120.

Cannabis trafficking 

• Jimmie Lee Medcalf, 29, of the 600 block of North Waller Avenue in Chicago, was arrested at 2:37 p.m. in the 100 block of 4^th Avenue, police said. He was charged with cannabis trafficking and manufacturing/delivery of cannabis. He was transported to DuPage County Jail. 
• Charles Wesley Scott, 42, of the 5400 block of West Haddon Avenue in Chicago, was arrested at 2:39 p.m. in the 100 block of 4^th Avenue, police said. He was charged with cannabis trafficking and manufacturing/delivery of cannabis. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.
